Fabrication, Welding & Heat Treatment

Denholm Zholdas have a state of the art 2,400 square metre fabrication and welding facility which is situated within a 20,000 square metre compound.  It offers secure hard standing storage for materials and the opportunity to fabricate larger projects.  The premises includes: a fully equipped carbon steel fabrication facility, a fully segregated exotics workshop, and a surface preparation and coatings facility.   

The facility is equipped with overhead cranage to support up to 10 tonnes and independent 2 tonne jib cranes in each of the welding bays, all of which are stocked with the latest technology welding and preparation equipment. 

We have the capability to manufacture pipe diameters up to 42 inches and a full range of wall thicknesses.
